Have you discovered pre-poo yet?  Pre-pooing your hair is a great way of deep conditioning your hair just prior to washing.  Simply apply your favourite BIG Nanny’s hair oil to your hair and scalp then pop your Biodegradable Eco cap on.  Let your hair absorb  those wonderful natural oils for 10-30mins.  Once done, go wash your hair and see the amazing difference.  The added benefit of these caps are that you are using a product that is safe when it heats up with  the natural warmth generated by your head. You can pre-poo twice a month.

This above process is also an excellent way of “loading” the hair.  What is meant by “loading” the hair? Well “loading” is the liberal oiling of the hair so that it is moist.  If you find your hair is exceptionally dry (perhaps just out of braids where the hair has been allowed to dry out) then “loading” the hair maximises the moisture to the hair.  You then continue  your hair care regime towards “beautiful,  healthy, strong and plentiful hair”.❤️

Every so often it is a good idea to steam your hair, which opens the hair shaft cuticles so allowing your Pre-poo oil/conditioner/hair mask to penetrate the hair.  Just remember to close them again with a cool rinse.  You will find 8 caps in each packet.
